What is the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)?

The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), revised in 2011, is the national policy for qualifications in the Australian education and training sector. The framework includes qualifications in higher education (including universities), vocational education and training (TAFE) and schools. This framework ensures that qualification outcomes are nationally consistent, and able to be assessed as comparable and equivalent to international qualifications.

You can find more information about the AQF at Australian Qualifications Framework.
