Do I have to pay the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) if I am a HDR candidate?

Updated 19/08/2021 04.33 PM

Yes. From 2021, all enrolled students are liable to pay the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). You will need to pay your SSAF in full by the census date, or you may defer your SSAF payment via a SA HELP Loan if you meet the eligibility criteria. If you are an international candidate the SSAF will be incorporated into your program tuition fee.

The services funded by the SSAF support a range of wellbeing services available to all Griffith students including health and medical, counselling and mental health services, financial support, educational assistance, clubs and societies, careers and employment services and student organisations.

Please see Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) for further information.
