I received a ‘your credentials do not match’ message when I tried to accept/claim my digital badge. What should I do?

All Griffith badges to current students are issued using their student email addresses. When setting up your account, please ensure you assign your student email address to your profile. You can add your personal email an an additional email address.
Please note that some times versions of the email addressed used is with your S number e.g.
If you have already created an account on the Credly platform, go into the ‘Settings’ section and in the ‘Email addresses’ section, add your student email address. You will now be able to see your badge. The error also appears when you have multiple accounts. Select the 'Merge Account' button in the 'Settings;.
