I received a ‘your credentials do not match’ message when I tried to accept/claim my digital badge. What should I do?

All Griffith badges to current students are issued using their student email addresses. When setting up your account, please ensure that you set up your student email address as one of your email addresses.
If you have already created an account on the Acclaim platform, go into the ‘Settings’ section and in the ‘Email addresses’ section, add your student email address. You will now be able to see your badge.
