I am an international student. Where and how do I apply for a transfer release?
If you have completed less than six months of study in your principal program:
- You will need to make an appointment with an International Student Advisor to find out if you are eligible to transfer to another university or education provider. *A Release will only be approved if you have exceptional circumstances.
If you have completed more than six months of study in your principal program:
- You should apply for a Cancellation of Enrolment.
*Please note: Other universities and education providers will not be able to issue you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), or enrol you in any courses unless you have applied for a Letter of Release from Griffith University.
